Paleo Zucchini Chocolate Brownie

A quick post for a quick recipe following last night baking of a delicious and nutritious brownie. You heard it brownie can be healthy ! Wait whaaaat ? How ?
There are quite a lot of Paleo Zucchini Brownie online actually but I’d like to particularly shared with you this one found on a french blog Bmoove as unlike the other recipes it doesn’t need almond butter but almond ground so a very good compromise money wise. So a good way to treat yourself while keeping your wallet safe! Here is the translation:

Ingredients:
500 gr of zucchini
150 gr of ground almond
50 gr of coconut flour
100 gr of cacao powder
130 gr of honey (but on this recipe it was 100 gr of honey and 50 gr of coconut sugar)
2 eggs
30 gr of coconut oil
1 tbs of baking soda
1 tbs of cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 pinch of salt

Step 1: Set the oven to 170 celsius
Step 2: blend the zucchini until smash
Step 4: add all the rest of the ingredients, in the original recipe no order was listed but I recommend adding all powder and flour and then the honey, oil, eggs and the rest.
Step 5: Mix until it’s smooth and everything is mixed well together
Step 6: Pour it in your cake tin
Step 7: Put it in the oven for about 35 min. When it comes up it should still be moist.

That’s it – Guarantee yummy yummy for the tummy! Oh also if you are counting calories, I’ve added all the ingredients in myfitnesspal app. You get about 20 small pieces – check the picture for reference: 20 walnuts for 20 pieces. haha! – and for 1 piece, you can count about 120 calories so a small calorie bomb for a brownie. 🙂
